What a fun list! I can’t believe how many places you have traveled, that’s awesome! I’m a major list maker too ๐
Charissa says
Kristin, I couldn’t survive without lists!! I have actually traveled many other places, but didn’t want my list to only reflect my travels. Maybe that will be my next list…
Leila says
That was such a fun list! Nice to “meet” you! I too have a desire to have my own little farm, but hubby isn’t fully on board with the idea either!!
Charissa says
Hi Lelia! Thanks for stopping by. I am glad I am not the only one who dreams of farming. I have gotten some agreement from my hubs that I can have a garden and chickens when we get into our house. What about you? Do you have the green light for anything farm related?
Agatha says
A fun list to do. Two things that stood out is being debt free, and assisting on a c-section on a cow. How did you manage the c-section? Was it scarey? I think I would have passed out!
Charissa says
Thank you Agatha. Umm, yeah I did almost pass out. I was helping my friend and the vet, but had to walk away a couple times. Now, it tops the list of the weirdest things I have done. I love being debt free and there is nothing I want bad enough to go back into debt. Let me know if you have any questions about how I became debt free or continue to live debt free. I would love to help if I can.
heidi says
Oh, congratulations on staying debt free it’s such a challenge sometimes.
Charissa says
Thank you Heidi! I have come to think that staying debt free is harder than becoming debt free. Thanks for stopping by!

Thank you very much Kathleen. My hubby has agreed to a garden and some chickens. I need to be content with growing some veggies on my balcony for now.

I love the list! I’ve never been to Arizona, but I think I’d love the climate. I am getting so tired of winter here in the North.
Charissa says
Kim, why thank you. You should come to Arizona! October through April is the best time to come, though I am really partial to spring. You all have had some pretty hard winters recently. I don’t mind visiting snow, but I am so glad I don’t live in it for several months of the year!
Andrea Velsor says
I didn’t know about the cow C-section! You are a country girl now! ๐ ๐ I love the Grndma-in-training! It fits! ๐
Charissa says
Maybe that is when my dreams of becoming a hobby farmer took root…I am putting two and two together now. Haha, my Gram is always wondering if that is an insult (to her or me or both of us:-)).
